Extracurricular practice times
- Drill Team: Tue / Thur 1500 - 1600. Meet at the library in the high school at 1500.
- Color Guard Wed 1500 - 1600 and Fri 1400 - 1500. Meet at the storage shed on the south side of high school.
- Air Rifle: Fri 1400 - 1530 / Sat 0900 - 1030. Meet at the storage shed on south side of high school.
- Recycling Service Hours (receive service hours towards community service ribbon); Every Thursday at 1500. Meet at the library.

Voice of Democracy
*open to freshmen through seniors!*
Established in 1947, our Voice of Democracy audio-essay program provides high school students with the unique opportunity to express themselves in regards to a democratic and patriotic-themed 3-5 minute recorded essay. The 2022-23 theme is: "Why is the Veteran Important?"

Coca-Cola Scholar
The Coca-Cola Scholar program is an achievement-based scholarship awarded to students in their final year of high school. Students are recognized for their capacity to lead and serve, as well as their commitment to making a significant impact on their schools and communities. 150 Coca-Cola Scholars are selected each year to receive this $20,000 scholarship. Applicants must have a 3.0 GPA; see website for additional requirements.

#WeBuildUtah Video Contest
The Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Utah is proud to announce the #WeBuildUtah Video Contest for high school aged students in the state. Aimed to bring pride to the construction industry, this great opportunity has the potential to get the up-and-coming workforce in Utah interested and enthusiastic about a possible career in the construction industry. The task is simple, students need to create a 60 second long (or less) TikTok/Instagram Reel style video inspired by the construction industry using the hashtag #WeBuildUtah.

ACF Visionary Scholarship

Students will need to complete the application and write a 500-word essay on “Why College is Important to Me”. Awards range from $1,000 to $2,500 each.

Make the U / Haz La U Hispanic Scholarship Fund
Students must have a minimum unweighted 3.0 GPA, be of Hispanic heritage (includes Spain, Brazil, Philippines), and must enroll at an accredited higher education institution in 2023-2024. They are awarding 31 educational grants with a total support of $100,000.

Elks Most Valuable Student
Ranging from $1,000 per year to $12,500 per year, Most Valuable Student scholarships are for students pursuing a four-year degree, on a full-time basis (minimum of 12 semester hours), in a U.S. college or university. Applicants do not need to be related to a member of the Elks. Applicants will be evaluated on leadership, academic achievements and records, community involvement, and financial need.

Cooke College Scholarship Program
The Cooke College Scholarship Program is a highly competitive undergraduate scholarship program available to high-achieving high school seniors with financial need who seek to attend and graduate from the nation's best four-year colleges and universities. Each award granted is intended to cover a significant share of the student’s educational experience – including tuition, living expenses, books and required fees. Awards vary by individual, based on the cost of tuition as well as other grants or scholarships they may receive.
