Principal's Note

HMS8 Families,

It's hard to believe the end of this school year is almost here. We are so proud of our students and can’t wait to celebrate them and all they have achieved this school year. There are a number of end-of-year activities and special events we have scheduled for the last few days that are detailed below as a reference for you. As a reminder, the 8th Grade Celebration and Promotion Assemblies are on Thursday morning, May 25th, by POD. Please refer to the attached parent letter or call the office if you have questions.

We can't wait to celebrate our students next week and look forward to seeing them continue to achieve and succeed as they move on to high school. We hope everyone has a great summer and wish you all the best in all you do.

Computer Check-In during SS Classes

All Day Club Day

5/25:

Last Day of School-Students will be dismissed at noon

End of Year Celebrations by Pod:

8:00 a.m.-Silver Pod (Science Teacher is Dingler)

9:30 a.m.-Blue Pod (Science Teacher is Otto)

11:00 a.m.-Gold Pod (Science Teacher is Wells)

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes early to view Student work that will be on display in the commons. Awards Assemblies will last approximately 30-40 minutes and will take place in the HMS 8 Gym.
