Chris Toy, author of Ramen Made Simple (and five other cookbooks) joined the Culinary classes this week for a fun day of creating fresh ramen with all the fixings.

Our studnets learned about ramen history and culture as well as cooking techniques.

The students demonstrated their skills while making the noodles, broth and toppings.

Last week Morse and Bath Tech held their annual hiring event organized by JMG and ELO. Over 15 vendors were available for students to speak to about job opportunities. Thank you to all who participated.
