A forum where WHPS can share information about its efforts to achieve equity for children
A collaborative space to exchange ideas and solicit feedback
A vehicle for equity-focused projects and ongoing programs seek partners in the work
An platform where stakeholders may seek feedback and advisement

The Office of Equity Advancement & One Community is excited to continue deepening our work in creating spaces of belonging. This meeting will highlight the incredible work of parent-led organizations and community efforts focused on strengthening our schools and community. Join us as we come together with local community partners to share insights, resources, and explore ways to effectively collaborate in supporting students and families. Meeting Dates
Monthly
Open meetings will take place monthly, in person. Locations will be shared with the group ahead of each meeting. Meeting dates and location can be found HERE.
Structure
Monthly meetings will include information sharing across the network, action planning sessions and general public/community participation in parent/stakeholder education workshops and presentations about district initiatives. Through this structure, we aim to inform, ask, engage and collaborate.
Commitment
This network was largely instrumental in the development and adoption of the WHPS Educational Equity Policy adoption
