We had an awesome time of fellowship with 1st Baptist Church at Mazarick Park this past Sunday. The fellowship and food were amazing. Together, we strengthened our bond in the brotherhood and made long lasting friendships. Thanks again to everyone for making our fellowship service a great success. We appreciate all you do for the ministry.

Keyondre graduated from Fayetteville State University in 2022 with his Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration. He is a Physical Education teacher and Strength and Conditioning coach at Flaming Sword Christian Academy. He is a very active member at One Church. He is the founder and leader of One Church's Soldiers in God’s Army mentoring program, a member of the Youth Ministry Team, and the choir.

Since the season of fall 23’, Keyondre has been a member of the Fayetteville Ducks, under the direction of Walter Ford, Sr.. Keyondre is a multi-position player that plays both sides of the ball and does it well! He has served as captain for two consecutive seasons, Spring/Fall 24’ and, because of the hard work and drive he has shown on and off the field, he was able to lead the team into victory against the Virginia Sharks with 9 tackles, 2 of which were tackles for loss, 1 sack, and 1 interception. The final score was 36-14.

Thanks, Keyondre for all you do in the community and especially for what you do for the body of Christ!

This week we are also congratulating Tristan Raine Collins on being inducted into the Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society at High Point University, for First-Year Academic Success. She also received her Dean’s List certificate for the 2024 Spring semester, for maintaining a 3.5 or higher GPA. Congratulations, Tristan, on a job well done! We love you!

Prayer of Thanksgiving for the Lord being a strong shelter in the times of trouble and danger and stress, my hiding place to whom I may continually resort…my Father who lovingly provides for me…my Shepherd who guides and protects me…my Champion who upholds my cause as His child and defends my highest interests …my Bridegroom who delights in me…my God who is mighty to save, who rests in his love for me and rejoices over me with singing, with shouts of joy. You are my inheritance, my share in life, the one who satisfies my longing soul and fills my hungry soul with goodness. I praise you for your love and your wisdom. You are too wise to ever make a mistake, too loving to ever do anything unkind. You act on my behalf, accomplishing what concerns me and fulfilling your purpose for me as I call on you. Psalm 91:1-2 He who dwells in the shelter of the most high will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the Lord, ‘ My refuge and my fortress, My God in whom I trust.'
