PARENT-TEACHER CONFERENCES - Nov. 11
Reminder: there is NO SCHOOL FOR STUDENTS on Monday, Nov. 11 due to Parent-Teacher Conference Day. Parents are encouraged to take advantage of this opportunity to meet with their child's teacher for a brief, individual conference. Times are 11:30am-2:30pm and 4:00-7:00pm at all schools. High School 2024 Yearbooks Are In!
Highlands High School 2024 Aries Yearbooks have arrived! Current students will receive them in school. Parents of 2024 graduates may pick up yearbooks in the High School library during Parent-Teacher Conferences on Monday or come to the High School office during regular hours for pick up beginning Nov. 12.

Shoe & Sock Drive Success!
#BeTheKindKid Kicks Off at HES
The Highlands Elementary #BeTheKindKid program had a colorful kick off this year with new tie-dye T-shirts! Students and staff are encouraged to wear Kind Kid clothing every Wednesday throughout the school year. The program is funded through a grant from Project SEEKS SES, which is a wide-range initiative that supports school districts in addressing social and emotional health. More photos here.

Memorial Park Dek Hockey Turkey Cup for Ages 4-15
The Memorial Park Ball Hockey Club is sponsoring a Turkey Cup Tournament on Nov. 30-Dec. 1. The deadline to register is Nov. 16. Registration is FREE; donations are welcome. It’s a fantastic opportunity for kids to showcase their skills, have fun, and make lasting memories with friends. REGISTER HERE.

School Cancellation / Delay Info
With the winter weather season approaching, we want to remind our families of the district’s procedures for delaying or canceling the school day to ensure you can plan accordingly (see file below). In addition, this notice provides information about the district’s Flexible Instruction Days (Remote Learning Days) on inclement weather days. This information is also listed at www.goldenrams.com/delayclosing
High School Info for SENIORS
Senior Pictures: Please submit one senior photo for the 2025 yearbook using the link below with access code yearbook (do not email photo). Pictures will be accepted until February 1, 2025. If you have any questions, contact Mrs. Gettens at kgettens@goldenrams.com

Requirements: The photo should be of high quality and not blurry. The photo will be cropped from the waist up to show head and shoulders in the yearbook. Please face forward, no black and white photos, and wear appropriate school clothes.
Please Note: The Highlands High School Aries 2024 yearbooks will be distributed in mid-November.
