Principal's' Message
Gateway Regional High School proudly hosted its annual Global Family Fun Night on Friday, April 26th, drawing an enthusiastic crowd of over 500 community members. With a diverse range of activities and performances, the event was a complete success and made a lasting impact on our school community, from the mesmerizing South Island Pacific Dancers to fire trucks brought by the Woodbury Heights Fire Department. Community members indulged in creative expression at the Pinspiration Splatter Truck, marveled at authentic Latin American heritage pieces, and delighted in the company of furry friends at two Petting Zoos. Storytime sessions, craft stations, henna artistry, and face painting added to the festivities, while an array of food and ice cream trucks satisfied appetites. The evening ended with raffle baskets, adding an element of anticipation and excitement. Beyond the entertainment, Family Fun Night served to foster connections within the Gateway community by creating cherished memories for families. Such events play a pivotal role in fortifying school bonds, providing an invaluable opportunity for students, parents, and staff to come together, forge friendships, and strengthen our collective spirit. As we reflect on this year's success, we eagerly anticipate the continued growth of this cherished tradition in the years to come.
A very special thank you to Dr. Gibbons and Mrs. Ruiz for their organization and promotion of the event. This event was a huge success because of the countless hours they put into it, and their dedication to our school community.

US History II Trip
Students in US History II classes enjoyed the sights and tastes of Philadelphia as they visited the US Mint, National Constitution Center, Liberty Bell, and other historic sites. They were treated to VIP access of the rarely-seen 2nd floor of Independence Hall. Students completed a very Philly scavenger hunt throughout the city, sampling pretzels, hot dogs, and cheesesteaks, and went to the world’s largest Wawa.
