Principal message:
Robertson Families,
It was great to see you on the first day of school! I can't believe it has been a week already. There are a few important messages that I want to share with you.
First, thank you for working hard to get your students connected and familiar with their teacher and this new way of learning!. I know that it is a challenge for us all. If you haven't already done so be sure to make contact with your child's teacher, today!
Secondly, thank you for your patience as you receive information from us in multiple ways. We are working hard to ensure that we engage with each and every one of you, no matter if it is by Google Meet, Remind or in the Food Distribution Line! We are here and we miss you!
And finally, thank you for giving the teachers grace and understanding. They have shown such flexibility and creativity in planning for your children to continue their love of learning. We have enjoyed your participation in Google Meets and appreciate you supporting us in teaching those STAR behaviors!
Please know that as things roll out there are "new learnings" for all of us around how we schedule classroom meetings, PE, Music, Library and even small groups. It is a process and I am confident we will continue to improve each day.
In Solidarity,
Principal Bell-Davis
Robertson Elementary
