Students Display Creativity at Art Show
Some 95 Half Day students exhibited artwork at the 44th Annual Stevenson High School Consortium Art Fest. It is an amazing show that celebrates the exceptional artwork of so many students.

Volunteers Sought for Discipline Committee
Attention 5th-Grade Families
Incoming sixth-grade students and parents are invited to join DW staff on Monday, May 6, at 6:30 p.m. for our Fifth-Grade Fly Up event. This event will be hosted at Daniel Wright Junior High School, 1370 Riverwoods Rd., Lincolnshire.
During this event, parents will attend an informational meeting hosted by our new Principal Jessica Groncki and Assistant Principal Nina Nusbaum. Meanwhile, students who registered will engage with current DW students to learn about the many clubs and activities at Daniel Wright.

Volunteer Nominations
The PTO would like to recognize District 103 volunteers who have dedicated his or her time and talents to our schools!
The "Scott S. Guziec Volunteer of the Year Award" recognizes an outstanding volunteer who has truly gone above and beyond this school year. Anyone may nominate a deserving person for this award. All nominees and nominators remain confidential; however, nominations cannot be made anonymously.
The "Dawn Anderson Volunteer Angel Award" is awarded to an exceptional individual who has made a huge impact through volunteering within the schools over many years and whose youngest child is an eighth-grader graduating from the district.

Join us at the Lincolnshire Swim Club in starting off the summer season with fellow D103 parents at a happy hour hosted by Parent Education from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Saturday, May 4! First Responders Expo
Join us at our 25th Annual First Responders Expo on Saturday, May 18, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in Parking Lot E at Gurnee Mills.
Children can learn all about fire and police safety education. Enjoy all of the fun-filled activities and delicious food trucks. Be the first to see Station 51's all new food fire truck that was transformed from a fire truck to a food truck on Discovery Channel's Cruising Kitchens!
Steve & Kate's Camp
At Steve & Kate's Camp, campers choose from a variety of activities including sewing, coding, maker crafts, sports & more! Buy any number of days to use at any time. Unused days are automatically refunded at summer’s end. Est. 1980. Lunch, snacks & all hours (8am–6pm) included.
Center for Gifted Classes
The Center for Gifted is bringing their flagship program, Summer Wonders, back to District 103. Offering an exciting variety of challenging, hands-on courses, it comprises three one-week sessions for grades first through sixth in July.
