Tests are scheduled to begin no later than 8:00 AM and estimated to conclude around 10:00 AM. Please plan to have your child at the school on time and, if possible, schedule appointments after the daily testing time. Students will need to fully charge their computers and bring their computer and charger each day. Thank you in advance.

The 8th Grade ELA Team is pleased to announce the winners of our 2024 Small Business Competition. In third place with Miraclips- Ma'Leyah Cooper, in second place with Cherry on Top- Alaina Quade and Summer Letourneau, and in first place A and C Mocktail by Camryn Edwards and Ashlynn Stephens.

We would also like to thank Frank Clinton from the Small Business Development Center, Freedom Athletics, and Kraig Erickson of Viking Axe Throwing for acting as judges for the competition.

Lastly we would like to thank all of the businesses who donated prizes for our winners: Randy's Ribs, Nicolletti's, The Slice House, Bruster's, Slim Chickens, Third Eye Comics, Viking Axe Throwing, Pizza Hotline, Rita's, Smokehouse BBQ, and Texas Roadhouse.

• Summer Sports Academies: SMCPS and SMC R&P have partnered to offer the new Summer Sports Academies. Campers will be instructed by area high school coaches. Camps are held Monday -Thursday. Click below for more information. Registration begins March 1st. Don't miss this opportunity.

PTSO members are parents, teachers and students who are dedicated to promoting the education and welfare of our children. We highly encourage everyone to join our PTSO to show their support. As a member you are welcome to attend all meetings & functions; however, your membership does not require you to participate in these functions. The membership fee is $10. MTSS Store Donations
- We are looking for donations to keep the MTSS store stocked with goodies for the students The students purchase these items with their "Paw Prints" they receive from teachers and staff as rewards for good behavior and going over and beyond what is expected of them. Donations can be sent to Cindy Garrison in the Front Office.
