Borchardt Bulletin

Principal's Message
Dear Families,
I hope you’re as energized as we are for the last week of the quarter! Although we’ve had no incidents or threats directed at our campus, security and safety continues to be at the heart of everything we do.
Here are a few ways we’re keeping our school secure and running smoothly:
Locked Doors & Gates: We’re ensuring that all interior and exterior doors and gates remain securely locked during school hours. This helps us control access and keep our students safe inside.
- Visitor Guidelines: To keep everyone safe, we kindly ask that all visitors remain outside, where a staff member will happily come out to meet you. If you’re attending a parent-teacher conference, please remember to bring your ID and sign in when you arrive.
- Planned Fire Drill for Thursday Morning: We will be holding our required monthly drill this week.
Thank you for your continued support and cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and positive learning environment. Together, we’re making Borchardt a place where our students can thrive and have fun, knowing they’re well cared for. Let’s keep up the great work!
Warm regards,
Bri Carroll
Principal

Spelling Bee
We are excited to announce that Borchardt is having a spelling bee for students grades 4th through 6th. The Spelling Bee is a wonderful opportunity for students to showcase their spelling skills and compete in a friendly and encouraging environment. Participants will be tested on their ability to spell a variety of words; the event will include several rounds. The competition aims to foster a love of language and promote academic excellence. The site spelling bees will take place after the fall break. The winner of each school site will go on to the district wide spelling bee on November 8. We encourage you to click on the link below for rules and practice lists.
