For Shaw Families: for the week of 9/23/24

We enjoyed meeting with each of you for conferences this week. If you needed to reschedule, please contact your child's teacher soon to do so. We need to have all conferences done by Friday, September 27th.

Next week the weather will be much cooler. Please take a moment to label any jackets or hoodies your child might wear this fall so we can return them if they end up in the lost and found.

We will be having lockdown drills next week as a school. We will be emphasizing the importance of listening to adults at all times in an emergency situation so they can keep students safe. Teachers will be using a script to go through steps that students would need to follow during an emergency. These drills are state required each year. If you have any questions, please reach out to the office.

Picture day and Mama Z's (dine in only) night are Tuesday. Photos will be for the yearbook so all students will be photographed even if they have not paid for a package.
