We had a wonderful 5 day week! The students did a great job with 5 days of indoor recess! Even with warmer temperatures our playground is still covered with ice and snow. Fingers crossed that we are able to get outside soon!

Reminder there is no school on Monday, January 20th for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Thursday evening was a wonderful night of recognition. We celebrated last year’s Teacher of the Year, Mr. Tim Waters, and Support Staff of the Year, Ms. Andrea Kibbler. Additionally, we honored two students who exemplify Long Elementary's Core Values.

Do you have an incoming kindergarten student in your family, or do you know someone who will be new to the district next year? Kindergarten registration for the 2025-26 school year will be available online beginning on Monday, Feb. 3 through Friday, March 14. Lindbergh offers free full-day kindergarten at all six elementary schools.
