- Ensure that decorations align with the facility's guidelines where the graduation is held.
- Refrain from using questionable symbols or graphics.
- All decisions made by the administration on the day of graduation are final and non-negotiable.
Honors Graduate Info
Honors Graduates:
Valedictorians and Salutatorians: Cumulative grade point average is calculated through the fall semester of the senior year. This will be used to determine all graduation honors. If you have questions you should contact your HS Counselor.
We will be making the official announcements regarding our Honor Graduates soon! OVCA uses Fall 2023 grades for classifications. Please refer to the student handbook for questions.
>>>> Remember: Students must continue to pass their courses and gain the necessary credits to be eligible for May graduation in addition to attending any required State Testing and completion of ICAP. Participating in a graduation ceremony does not mean you have officially graduated. All students will need to continue to meet these requirements in order to be eligible to participate in May. Again, if you have questions regarding your status this should be discussed with your HS Counselor.
