Unless parents are parking and walking their children to the building, students should only be exiting and entering their vehicle when parents are safely pulling through the front circle and back circles drives. For safety reasons, we do not allow parents to drop or pick up students on the street or in the parking lots. We also ask parents to park in the front lot during arrival and dismissal. We want to prioritize the south and back parking lots for staff. Thank you for your help ensuring a safe arrival and dismissal from school!

It is important to talk with your children about ways they can stay safe in the community. Below are some suggestion on how parents can talk with their children about these important topics. We want to empower of children to have the tools needed to feel safe in the Westgate neighborhood.

Help Westgate Earn $2,500!

Become an annual member of the ABC/25 Foundation for $40 during registration and help Westgate secure the $2,500 Membership Incentive Grant! This grant is awarded when 25% of the school’s families become members of the ABC/25 Foundation. In previous years, we have utilized this grant to purchase a reading area complete with a couch and table, 3D printers, and a large poster printer!

Your membership, along with any additional donations, helps fund another grant program specifically geared towards AHSD25 teachers, providing exciting new resources for the classroom! Our previous teacher grants have included phonics games, upgraded sound equipment, math games, fine motor tools, and so much more!

Your membership covers all District 25 schools that your students attend, plus you’ll receive free access to the ABC/25 STEAM events!

5/16-Westgate Fun Fair from 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m.

5/20- Westgate Senior Walk from 3:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m.

5/26- No School-Memorial Day

5/28-PTA Meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the LMC

5/29-5th Grade Music Program at 6:30 p.m.
