Week 2
Weekly Staff Newsletter #3
Message from John
Happy Wednesday!
At our staff day last week, I shared a short text called Olive Trees, written by Thich Nhat Hanh, Zen master, activist, and peacemaker. The story made me think of how isolated we became during the darkest days of the pandemic, and how despite the ongoing trauma caused by Covid, teachers, students, and families remain connected, and in fact, one olive tree.
Teachers, as we gather speed here in Week 2, I acknowledge your hard work and resilience.
THANK YOU!
John

Seesaw Classes Ready to Go!
Exciting news...We believe Seesaw classes are all synced with ClassLink and are ready to go! When you log in, you should hopefully see a new class for this school year. We archived classes from last year to keep things clean. You can always access your old archived classes in your account settings and restore them if you want easy access again.
We're in the process of renaming classes for you and should hopefully have it done by Monday when your students receive their devices. Students should log in to Seesaw using ClassLink again this year. Please put in a tech ticket if you're seeing any issues with your classes and we'll try to solve it ASAP!

REMINDER: For student confidentiality, please use student initials in emails (not full names).
