Your Voice Matters: Help Shape Graduation Requirements in Massachusetts
The Massachusetts Statewide Graduation Council wants to hear from you! Whether you're a student, parent or caregiver, educator, or community member, your voice is essential as the state considers updates to graduation requirements.
A public survey is now live on the Executive Office of Education website: mass.gov/k12gradcouncil. Please consider taking a few minutes to complete it and share your thoughts on what skills and knowledge students should demonstrate before graduating high school.
The deadline to submit the survey is June 30, 2025. Your input will help shape policies that aim to ensure all Massachusetts students graduate prepared for college, careers, and civic life.
This is also a great opportunity to hear from students and staff—everyone’s perspective matters!
Thank you for your continued support of the Dr John C. Page School. Have a great weekend and stay cool!.
Respectfully,
Dr. G
Thank you to everyone who helped make the 6th Grade Dance a Success
Page School Community,
The 6th Grade Dance on Friday night was a huge success and a ton of fun! I hope all of the 6th grade students had an amazing time—just watching them celebrate with their peers was heartwarming.
I want to thank everyone for their many generous contributions. The snacks and drinks were out of this world!
A very special shout-out to this year’s Dance Committee, who spent the past month or two planning, organizing, and making sure their vision came to life. It was a pleasure working with all of them—they did such a great job! I’ll certainly miss our weekly lunch meetings.

Shout-out to Dr. G for being on-site the night of the dance and helping chaperone! Thank you also to Ms. Forrest and Mrs. Fournier for all of your help coordinating this important milestone event.
And a HUGE thank you to the PTO for sponsoring this event!
As many of you know, it is a tradition for 5th grade parents to host the 6th Grade Dance, and it was so much fun to help organize it this year. If you are a parent of a child entering 5th grade next school year, please consider taking on this special role!
A link to dance night photos and photo booth pictures will be sent out to 6th grade families once available. Congratulations to the Class of 2031! We will miss you at Page, but we wish you all the best in middle school!
Warmly,
Rachel Jones
