Dear Millsap Mustang Students and Families,
I hope this email finds you enjoying your summer break and some rest and relaxation. Planning and preparation are underway for the new school year, and here is some information for you to mark your calendars. As you prepare for that first day, please read below for some important information to ensure our Mustangs have a smooth start to the year.
Meet the Teacher Information
All Grades: Thursday, August 15 from 4:30 – 6:00 p.m.
If your child is registered by August 12, you will receive a phone call from your child’s teacher prior to Meet the Teacher. Otherwise, staff will be in attendance to help in finding your child’s teacher during the event. Please note, registration is not open during the MTT event. Only completed student registrations will receive homeroom teachers.
Registration Updates
In mid-July, Cypress-Fairbanks ISD sent an email to parents/guardians inviting them to access the parent portal in our Home Access Center (HAC) and complete the required updates for students who were enrolled and active in CFISD on the last day of school and will be returning to CFISD for the 2024-25 school year. The email was From: DO NOT REPLY <No-Reply@cfisd.net> and the Subject: CFISD Annual Student Update 2024-2025.
The Annual Student Information Update is conveniently completed online and will allow you to:
- update your contact information,
- update information for your student's emergency contacts,
- update your address (If your address has changed, please be prepared to upload new proof of residency),
- review student permissions, and
- acknowledge your review of the Student Code of Conduct/Student Handbook.
Parents/guardians are REQUIRED to complete the update
even if there are no changes in a student's demographic information.
