Kott's Korner
A huge expression of gratitude to the Davisburg PTC and all of the volunteers that made Candy Cane Crafters such a success! What a great opportunity for students to enjoy spending time together after school, having fun. I am so grateful for the adults that help make Davisburg more awesome.

Parent Outreach Program
Good afternoon Holly Area Schools families,
Today, we want to share with you our December Newsletter. This month there is information about understanding how your childhood impacts how you parent, resources from our Raising a Child with Anxiety and Depression Workshop and Mental Health Resource Fair, how to talk to your kids about alcohol, and more!
Please see the flyer below regarding our upcoming event in partnership with the HAS Early Childhood Programs in December.
Thank you for being such an important part of our school community - we hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your families!
Best,
Cheryl Price and Sydney Sinclair, The Holly Area Schools Parent Outreach Team
Leader in Me & Core Competencies
The Leader in Me Section: Put First Things First
Putting first things first means you work before you play. This is a pretty simple concept for even our youngest students. Putting first things first also is about making a plan. By having a plan and focusing on your highest priorities, you will help reduce stress and save time. This also ensures you are spending time on the things that are most important, the big rocks. To learn more about Habit 3 and how to incorporate the Leader in Me at home, see the links below. (Thank you for the ideas College Street Elementary!)
