Principal's Message
Dear Valley View Community,
We’re heading into our final week of the first quarter, with our much-anticipated Fall Recess just around the corner! Next week, there will be no school as we take a well-deserved break and wrap up a successful start to the year.
This is a great time to check in with your students and reflect on their progress so far. Have they developed effective routines to stay on top of their work? Which subjects are going smoothly, and which are proving more challenging? What adjustments might help them improve as we move into the second quarter?
This week, we will be asking our students to complete a survey about their first-quarter experience. After we reflect on their feedback, academic performance and other needs, our counseling team will be conducting academic check-ins during the second quarter to provide additional support where needed.
Thank you for your ongoing partnership in your students' success. Wishing everyone a wonderful week and a restful break!
Sincerely,
Aurelia Buscemi, VVMS Principal

Student Drop Off/Pick Up
Our front gates will be open at 7:30 am (Students can arrive on campus no earlier than 7:30 am). Students dismiss at 2:15 pm and need to leave campus by 2:45 pm, unless they are under direct supervision by a teacher. Please follow signs for drop off/pick up. (click HERE to view traffic flow map)
Parking
We have limited parking available, so you may consider parking in neighboring areas when waiting to pick up your student. We also recommend that students walk or bike to school, if possible, to reduce traffic during drop off and pick up. Please be respectful of the parking spaces for our neighboring communities. The local YMCA has asked that we keep their front parking lot clear of VVMS cars/traffic so that their members are able to access their facilities safely!
Reminder: Parents who come on campus to pick up students must report directly to the front office. All visitors to our campus must sign in at the front office.
