Principal Updates
Hello PUE Families,
Happy Friday and happy track-out day to track 2! We hope you have a relaxing track-out and are excited to have track 3 returning on Monday, 8/19.
While traditional school does not start until 8/27, some routes may be affected next week as drivers begin practice runs of traditional routes. We do not expect extreme impacts until 8/27. Please make sure to review updates bus stop times here. Many of our buses will not even depart from PUE until after 4:20. We will only send a communication via Remind texts about late buses if it is running more than 20 minutes behind it's normal schedule. If you have not done so already, please make sure that you are signed up for our Remind texts for bus transportation (click here sign-up). This is how we communicate when a bus is late or cancelled.

Tracks 1 & 2: BIMAS Opt Out letters
This year, our school will participate in a screener that measures the social, emotional, and behavioral health of all students. Detailed parent letters went home in Tuesday folders this week. If you do not want your child screened, please complete the opt out form and return it to your child's teacher by August 16. Contact Ms. McNeill with any questions or concerns.
Tennis Time
Tennis Time is back for the Fall season. Students can participate in their program after-school, beginning 9/3/24. Checkout their flyer here for more information, or go to their website for registration details.
Carpool Lane Reminders
As a reminder, during morning carpool, do not cut through the parking lot. We have many staff, as well as students walking through the parking lot at various times and do not want an accident to happen. Also, carpool lane remains 2 lanes until you get close to the carpool circle. This helps us prevent the carpool line from stretching onto the road for too long.
Additional Carpool Tag
If your family needs a third carpool tag, it can be purchased here. The memberhub website will allow you to select any quantity, but there is only one tag available for each family. Anyone without a carpool tag will be asked to pack and pick up their child from the front office. Families that carpool - the adult will need the carpool tag of each student - not just the number. Contact Ms. McNeill with any questions or concerns.
