Lenski Weekly Update

This week has been quite the weather contrast from last week. I want to give Mr. Fisher a shout-out for coming in last weekend to make sure that the snow was clear for Monday’s Veterans Day Breakfast.

Thank you for everyone who came to our annual breakfast to honor our Veterans. It was such a memorable morning and we were honored to have had so many guests join us.

Our students also got to learn about wild birds during the HawkQuest assembly. It was so impressive! Be sure to ask your student about what they learned. Thank you to Libby and Dustin Palmer for bringing this experience to Lenski!

We hope to see many of you next week at our annual Thanksgiving Lunch! We are so grateful for each and every one of you! Be sure to play our PTO sponsored STAR PULL game!

A friendly reminder that any items (without names) remaining at the end of the day on Thursday, November 21st will be donated. With the cold mornings and warmer afternoons, the lost and found area is overflowing with hoodies and jackets. Hi Lenski Families!

Art to Remember Orders Due Wednesday Nov 20th!

We are offering Art to Remember at our school this year. Art to Remember is a program that turns your child’s own creative artwork into keepsake products such as mugs, cases, tote bags, mouse pads, magnets, t-shirts, and more. There are over 50 products and many are less than $20. Proceeds from the program go to the art department to purchase supplies such as paint and clay for our students to continue to grow as artists! It’s a great way to support the art program and a wonderful, creative way to make something special to give as gifts for the holidays or to keep just for you. All orders will be placed online but will be sent to the school so you won’t have to pay for shipping and arrive in the beginning of December!
