May 12, 2024--We are beginning week 19 of the second semester!
Dear Parents and Guardians,
As we enter the final stretch of the school year, there are only two weeks left before summer break begins. Despite the approaching end, we still have important academic milestones ahead.
For our AP students, there are several exams remaining, including AP Pre Calculus, AP Language, and AP World History. We encourage all students to continue their diligent preparation for these exams to showcase their hard work and dedication.
Additionally, students who were unable to take their End of Course, Milestones exams last week will have the opportunity to retake them this week. It's crucial for these assessments to be completed to ensure accurate academic evaluations.
Seniors, please remember to settle any outstanding fees in Infinite Campus before graduation. Diplomas will not be issued to students with outstanding fees, so please take care of this matter promptly.
Senior Visits to elementary schools:
Starting this week, DPS elementary schools are opening their doors to our Seniors for one final visit and walkthrough. Parents, please be mindful of limited parking at the elementary schools. Seniors, don't forget the bus leaves TDA for each visit at 12:40. Don't forget to wear your cap and gown. Students should also be reminded that they are not to remain at the elementary school after the walkthrough celebration.
