Appleton Echo
Autumn Term 2 Week 6
A word from Mr Broom
It was an absolute pleasure to visit our Christmas Enterprise event on Thursday evening, and to see so many happy families enjoying the festive spirit as well as our wonderful choir. A big shout out to everyone involved. I can't believe how many of our children consider this event, their best of the season. I think we've a large group of budding entrepreneurs in the making!
Next week will hopefully be a more settled one. That being said, it's the Elf Run on Monday and Christmas Dinner on Wednesday. It's also the week where everyone dresses up in a little bit of Christmas spirit too! On top of that, our website has had quite a few extra visitors (possibly Ofsted, shh!) so we may have some unfamiliar faces around on Tuesday and Wednesday to sample the Christmas Dinner!
Have a lovely weekend.

Philosophy for Children
Each week we will have a question which is designed to develop thinking and reasoning skills and to enhance self esteem with an emphasis on collaborative inquiry.
This week your children have been discussing the philosophy question below. What do you think?

Also we would like to thank our wonderful volunteers that helped with the set up, cleaning up and looking after our stall.
