THIS WEEK AT MINSHEW!
MINSHEW COUNSELOR ALICIA HAYES EARNS THE CREST AWARD
MESSAGE FROM MRS. LARRIVIERE
Minshew Families -
We have exciting news! Our Minshew playgrounds have new surfaces! The wood chips are officially gone and replaced with a smooth soft surface for our students to run and play on. I know you as parents are thrilled that you won’t find wood chips in your child’s shoes any more too!
Parents, I am needing your help with a project. Our staff holiday celebration is after school on Wednesday, December 11th. We will be doing a cookie exchange for the staff. This is where I need your help. I am asking for donations of cookies so that each staff member can go home with a box of cookies that they selected. We will take homemade cookies or store bought cookies. If you chose to bake them, we would love the recipe! If you can contribute to the cookie exchange, please sign up at: https://tinyurl.com/4cbvjzkt.
Cookies can be brought into school December 9th - 11th. Thank you for helping the Minshew staff with our holiday celebration!
The next two weeks will be fast and furious with so many fun activities and learning! Thank you for your continued partnership in making Minshew a great place to learn!
Together, they built a school that they loved!

GLOW PARTY FOR THE CLASS WIL THE MOST CANS COLLECTED!
UPDATE: Kindergarten and 5th grade are vying for first place but it's still a close race for the most cans collected. The updated totals will be announced on Tuesday's morning announcements! Don't worry, you still have time to drop off your cans. We're collecting through Friday, December 13th.
Thank you so much for supporting MacTown Miracles! Your generosity in donating cans is making a huge impact on our community. Every can collected helps us provide for those in need, and we couldn’t do it without you.
Remember, the grade that collects the most cans will win a Glow Party—a fun celebration to cap off all your hard work. The winning grade level will be announced the week of December 16th and the glow party will happen that same week! Keep those cans coming, and let’s make this the most successful drive yet. Thank you again for your incredible support!
