Necedah MS/HS Parent Informational Survey

In an effort to learn more about your student(s), and to tap into the talents in our school community, we are asking all parents to review and complete the MS/HS Parent Informational Survey. We believe that parents are important stakeholders in their child's education, and because of that, your input is crucial to your child's success. Link to survey

Staff/Student Tailgate - Fireworks!

On Friday, we will have a Staff and Student Tailgate Dinner in the student parking lot starting at 530pm before the Football Game vs. NL. Free Food for students! After the football game, we will have a fireworks display for the public (this was rained out at our community celebration)! Should be a fun night!

Keeping up with student progress

Dear Students and Parents,

One tool we use to share student progress at Necedah MS/HS is our Skyward Student Management system. Skyward shares attendance, discipline, and student progress (grade) information. You can access Skyward in one of two ways -

Skyward app for your phone
Skyward online - website

To access Skyward, you will need your username and password. If you need this information, please email our administrative assistant, Laurie Brown, at lbrown@necedahschools.org. Once logged in you can view student information. Next week, I will link two separate videos sharing how to navigate Skyward from your phone or website, and show you some helpful features.

Two other options for Middle School parents to access student information are our MS Homework Links and Student Agenda Planners. MS Homework Links are sent via email at 330pm every school day as reminder that they exist:) Also, every day at the end of the school day, we spend time with our MS Students writing down and organizing homework and upcoming projects in the Agenda/Planner. Both of these options should give you some conversation pieces as parents when you are at the dinner table and you students says that they didn't do anything today in school - LOL.
