4:00 pm - Load buses & depart Buhler High School.

State Music Festival - SYMPHONIC BAND - April 13th

1:10 pm - Dismissed - change into Concert Attire.

Dillons Neighborhood Rewards Program

Dillon's Community Rewards Program

The Dillon's Reward program provides vital funds to the students in our band program. We appreciate the families using their cards to support our students. This money supports our student meals during our marching band camp and our Friday night dinners. During the 2017-18 school year, we received slightly more than $3,000 through this program.

Parents - please sign-up for the parent account. The student text account is limited to 150 members - with parents on the student account not all students can be included on this list.

If your child has their own phone, please sign-up only for the parents Remind list.

If each child and a parent sign-up for the student Remind list, we lose the ability to send text messages (we are shut down every time we exceed 150 numbers).

We can (and do) send messages to Parents and Students at the same time for all critical and important information.

Marching Shoes have arrived - $25.

Our shoes for the marching band have arrived. Students should bring $25 (Checks payable to Andover High School). For your information, we do have extra shoes that we set aside for "Trade-Ins". If your child has rapidly growing feet we will trade (no cost) them another pair of larger shoes for the shoes that were purchased initially and continue this through the time they're in high school so only one pair of shoes needs to be purchased (unless the students lose the shoes).

(As of 9/6 we have received payment for 30 of the 68 shoes ordered).

Are shoes included in the band fee?

No - because it's a one-time expense as we trade shoes when the students outgrow them. The student band fee pays for the following items: Band Camp lunches, Pre-Game Band Suppers, State Fair Admission, Marching Band T-shirts, Entry Fees - Marching Competitions, Gloves, & Uniform dry-cleaning.

2021 Marching Band Camp - Success!!

Our students completed a fantastic week of marching band camp. Our new marchers, returning students, and our BLT (Band Leadership Team) - worked cooperatively to get to know each other, learn how to march, and also learn the first 17 pages of our halftime show drill.

HUGE THANK YOUS to our parents that donated foods for the lunches, that helped to serve and clean up after lunch, and check-out uniforms in the afternoon. Special thanks to Allison Records for helping to organize all of the meals on very short notice and also to Chris Dudley and Holly Day that were very instrumental with our lunch orders.
