Multicultural Fair Input

Please take a brief minute to complete THIS survey to help us best plan, organize, and offer our wonderful multicultural fair to our community. We're always looking to improve and make the event accessible to as many families as possible.

Soaring Eagles

Our Soaring Eagle Prizes are a big hit with the middle school students! If you have season tickets to any sporting events and would like to donate two tickets to our raffle, the kids would love that as a prize. Last year, PTO raffled off Cubs and Sox tickets, and they were a BIG hit! Other great donations include gift cards to any fast food places they can walk to in our downtown Libertyville area. Please label these donations in an envelope and send them to Mrs. Kiefer to help support our SOARING EAGLE 6-8th grade raffle.! Thank you in advance.

Camp Invention

Check out this year’s Camp Invention® program, Discover, for your rising K-6th grader. Hands-on STEM camp where students will create their own claw machine, discover mesmerizing optical illusions, explore travel-ready technology on the ultimate road trip and prototype playful penguin launchers.

Reminder - K-5 Health

As a reminder, this month’s issue of The Great Body Shop will be sent home with your child. Some of the topics in this magazine were taught by Susie Kiefer in October through SEL lessons (ex. safe vs. unsafe touches, personal safety, refusal skills, getting help from trusted adults). The magazine may serve as a valuable resource for families to reinforce important, but sensitive, topics.

Early Entrance to Kindergarten/First Grade

Families wishing to explore early entrance to kindergarten or first grade for their child can find information on our website. Applications will be accepted starting February 3, 2025. For specific questions, please contact Alexa Dunn, Director of Teaching & Learning (adunn@ogschool.org).

The Son + One Rock ‘N Bowl Night will be held on February 15, 2025, from 6:00-8:00 pm at Bowlero Vernon Hills. Get your tickets, raffle tickets, and arcade cards here.
The Frontier Soup sale is open now through February 5. Provide a delicious and nutritious meal to your family while supporting the PTO. Orders will be delivered the weekend of February 15.

On Friday, February 21, from 6:00 to 7:30 pm, the Oak Grove PTO will be hosting a social for Kindergarten 1st Grade at Ultimate Ninja in Libertyville. Snacks and water will be provided after the event. Please fill out the form below if your child plans on attending.
