Conferences are coming!!
AMSA Trimester 1 conferences are right around the corner! Conferences are a great opportunity to connect with teachers, and we are continuing to offer a hybrid conference format to accommodate the varying needs of parents and families. Here are some things you should know:
When?
★ Oct 10 & 15 from 3:30-7:40 pm
★ Please note that on October 10, all conferences with teachers on the Fred Moore Campus will need to be virtual after 6:30 pm due to another event taking place on the campus.
Format:
★ Hybrid: Parents will sign up for conferences using the “ReachMyTeach” website and choose their conference preference ("in-person" or "virtual")
Conference Sign-Up Window:
★ Oct 4: Parent sign-ups open
★ Oct 9 at midnight: Sign-ups for Oct 10 conferences close
★ Oct 14 at midnight: Sign-ups for Oct 15 conferences close
The conference signup link and additional information will be sent out on October 4th.

Anoka High School will be hosting its first
STEAM Information Night
Tuesday October 15th, at 6:30pm!
We welcome our 8th grade families to join us for a STEAM information session, tours with our current students, and an opportunity to view STEAM projects in development and on display.

3rd Annual Halloween Cup - Hosted by Anoka Boys Soccer
A new Anoka Halloween tradition building momentum to celebrate the festive season and the game of soccer! Join us at historic Goodrich Field on Thursday, October 3 at 7:00 p.m. to watch our Varsity team take on crosstown rivals Andover Huskies. We will have food trucks, giveaways, glowsticks, color guard, half-time show from the cheer team, and maybe even a friendly zombie or two.
Free admission to any local area club soccer player that shows up in their jersey! Invite family and friends and let's pack out Goodrich Field! For questions you can contact our event coordinator, Tracy Foslien.
The AMSA Fall Book Fair will be held in the Washington campus library October 9-16, including during conference evenings. More information on our Book Fair website.

Say cheese! Picture Retakes are just around the corner! Our photographers would love some help managing the student lines during the school day. Volunteers will receive a coupon that is valid towards a Lifetouch photo package.
Donate Brown Paper Shopping Bags

We're on a mission to collect 400 brown paper shopping bags for a super cool parfleche project in our MN Studies classes. Let's join forces and make this project a huge success!
Your involvement will add a touch of warmth and kindness to our school community, and we can't wait to share the spirit of fall with you!

2. Update or complete your contact information, student information, and general interests.
3. Complete your Criminal Record History Release (CRHR) for the 2024-2025 school year.
The volunteer application and CRHR must be completed each school year for each school at which you’d like to volunteer.
