Is your iPad correctly enrolled in JAMF School?
My iPad is not in JAMF School. What should I do?
If one of your iPads is not in Jamf School then do the following:
- Wipe the iPad and set it back up to get it to enroll correctly in JAMF School.
- How to Wipe an iPad
- How to Setup an iPad
I wiped the iPad and it did not correctly enroll in JAMF School. What should I do?
- If your iPad fails to show the blue background or JAMF School Student app after wiping it then the iPad did not correctly enroll in JAMF School and may not be correctly assigned to JAMF School.
- If this occurs you can fill out the iPad App and JAMF School Issues Form to report the problem.

- Using settings to delete an app from the iPads Storage and then reinstalling the app from JAMF School student is a great way to fix app related issues on your iPad.
