Did you order a wreath? If so, please pick them up at the school on Friday, November 17th between 4:00 and 6:00 pm. This was our first PTO fundraiser and it was a big success. We will be using the proceeds to purchase t-shirts for our 4th and 5th grade district spring track meet, and other PTO projects. Thanks to all who supported this fundraiser!

PES Family Conferences will be happening on Monday, Nov. 20th and Tuesday, Nov. 21st. Please be on the lookout for conference invites from your student's teacher. Each month Rogue Valley Farm to School partners with local farms to bring tastings of our Harvest of the Month. This month we are featuring Cranberries! Your student was able to try some sweet and tangy samples of Oregon-grown cranberries at the cafeteria tasting table today. Then, they get to vote on whether they tried it, liked it or loved it! Check this fun interactive sheet (spanish version) for recipes, videos, nutritional info, kids activities, and information about the local farms where the cranberries were grown! All volunteers, whether working in the classroom, on campus or attending a field trip, must complete the background check form found HERE

Completing the form should be done at least 2 weeks prior to volunteering and they are good for 2 years.

All volunteers and visitors must sign in at the office using our Raptor system. Please be sure to bring your ID with you. Do not hesitate to give us a call should you have any questions.
