A Message from Mrs. Belcher:
Stewart families,
Our students had a great week last week celebrating Random Acts of Kindness! Be on the lookout for pictures coming to our social media soon!
Congratulations to our four Destination Imagination teams who competed this past weekend! Each team has worked hard this year and represented Stewart well! Thank you to all of our team managers and parents for allowing our students to have this opportunity!
This Friday is Go Texan Day! We encourage our students to dress in their best Texan gear!
Please see below for an important update regarding Watch D.O.G.S.
This semester we have seen an increase in student tardies and arrival times. Our school instructional time begins each day at 7:55. Please make every effort to have your child at school prior to 7:55 a.m. This allows your child to start their day on time and allows your child not to miss valuable instructional minutes. Our stop and drop lane is opened and monitored each day from 7:10 a.m. to 7:25 a.m. Our car rider lines begins at 7:30 a.m. and goes until 7:55 a.m. Our car rider staff needs to come into the building at 7:55 to ensure all instructional areas can begin on time. Again, please make every effort to have your child at school on time each day. If your child does arrive after 7:55 a.m., please walk your child into the building and sign them in for the day. We appreciate everyone's effort with this.
Have a great week,
Kristen Belcher, Principal
