Junior Conference Information
Juniors will receive an ACP lesson on November 10th that pertains to post high school planning and preparing for (and scheduling) their junior conference. Counselor calendars will open up for junior conference scheduling at the end of November. Junior Conferences will run through March.
Students will prepare their Future Planning Worksheet prior to the conference with their counselor. This document will be used for note-taking during the conference and then shared with guardians/home adults following the conference. This is a great opportunity for your counselor to sit down one on one with the student and learn more about what your plans are for after high school. Also included in the Future Planning Worksheet are resources to help you plan for your next step, whatever that may be!

If you are interested in this opportunity, please fill out the electronic forms HERE.
Ashley Hoeft (Work Based Learning Coordinator) is at West every Thursday from 11:30-1:00 pm in the Counseling Office to meet with students interested in work credit and help with any questions.
