We are once again partnering with Quest Diagnostics to offer an Annual Biometric Screening on-site. Biometric Screenings offer baseline data and and overall picture of your health. If you have attended previous screenings you will use the same username and password (or use the forgot username/password feature.) *This event is only offered to staff members in a district provided Aetna plan.

When: 3/24/25 (Monday after Spring Break)

• All staff members that complete a Biometric Screening will received a $30 gift card.
• In addition to the $30 gift card the building with the highest percentage of eligible team members participating will have a special treat in May.

If you are unable to attend the on-site screening:

• Schedule an appointment at a Patient Service Center with Quest Diagnostics (Appointments must be completed by 4/7/25)
• Complete a screening with your Physician (Screening must be completed by 4/7/25)

If you haven't had your mammogram in the last 12 months, the mobile mammography coach offers convenience and comfort for something that many women tend to put off. As a reminder, this is open to all staff. It is billed directly to your insurance, so you do not have to be enrolled in one of the district plans. Make your appointment now! If there are still openings the week of the event we will open this up to the public.
