Welcome, and welcome back to Dixie Elementary! I am beyond thrilled to be selected to serve as your next principal. I look forward to serving the students and families at Dixie Elementary. I have been with FCPS for 16 years, first as a teacher and then as an Assistant Principal. Additionally, I was a graduate of FCPS.

I started my teaching career at Dixie Magnet, a place I have always held near and dear to my heart. I have always known it was where I wanted to find my way back and serve in a different capacity to help it continue to be the amazing place it has always been!

Please don't hesitate to reach out to me if you need anything during the school year. I am excited to begin my partnerships with our families and stakeholders.

Just a couple of Quick Notes and Updates:

Families should have received a digital technology form from the district on 7/25. Please complete it digitally if possible.
Dixie will be a CEP school this year, meaning all students will receive free breakfast & lunch!
If you know your child's transportation for the upcoming school year, please call or come by the front office to let Ms. Mullins know!
Contact Ms. Burgess if you need to register any Dixie students especially those starting Kindergarten. The office is open Monday-Thursday from 9-1 or you can call the front office.
