Math Curriculum Update - 24-25 School Year
We are thrilled to announce the introduction of ClearMath Elementary to our schools this academic year! ClearMath Elementary is an innovative educational program designed specifically for young learners to explore and enjoy mathematics through a blend of interactive, engaging, and comprehensive learning experiences.
Why ClearMath Elementary? ClearMath Elementary aligns with our commitment to providing high-quality, research-based educational tools that not only meet but exceed our curriculum standards.
This program is tailored to foster a deep understanding of mathematical concepts through:
- Interactive Learning: Each lesson is built around playful, engaging activities that make learning math not just educational but fun.
- Personalized Education: Adapted to meet the unique learning styles and paces of each student, ensuring that all children can achieve their full potential.
- Foundation for Future Success: By establishing strong math fundamentals, ClearMath Elementary sets the groundwork for lifelong learning and success in mathematics and beyond.
Our Goal Our goal with ClearMath Elementary is to illuminate the brilliance of our students by making math a subject they look forward to. We believe that by integrating this program, we will not only enhance our students' mathematical skills but also build their confidence and enjoyment in learning.
Stay Engaged We invite you to stay engaged with your child’s mathematical journey. Look forward to regular updates, tips on how you can help at home, and invitations to school events that showcase our students' progress and achievements with ClearMath Elementary.
We are excited to embark on this journey together, enhancing our educational landscape and brightening the futures of our students. Thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm as we roll out this exciting new chapter in our district’s educational offerings.

Every Day of Attendance Counts!
Tioga takes your child's attendance seriously because it directly impacts their learning.
Our motto at Tioga is to be on time and ready to learn each day. Being on time means that a student is at school before the 8:40 tardy bell. Students that arrive after the 8:40 tardy bell are required to be signed in by their parent/guardian.
Please click on the attachment to learn more about how attendance can impact your child.

Thank You!
September PTA Meeting
Our first PTA meeting of the 24/25 school year is Thursday 9/12 at 6:30 in the Library.
Join PTA
PTA offers all parents and caregivers the opportunity to be engaged in their child’s potential. PTA membership and dues support your child by funding assemblies (to happen this year) and building an inclusive school community for all families. Join PTA for your child because increasing our membership, even by one, makes it possible to provide important educational resources. PTA dues also support the teachers to build a thriving and inclusive community for everyone. The only thing “required” as a PTA member is to pay the annual dues. Beyond that, however you choose to PTA is up to you. The level of involvement is up to you.
Bus Lane and Staff Parking Lot Reminders
As a reminder, Tioga's bus lane (front drive off Memorial) and staff parking lot (off Mason) are closed to parent pick-up and drop-off during arrival and dismissal. This is especially important as we have seen a number of families attempt to utilize the bus lane to pick up their children. Not following Tioga's safety procedures creates a less safe environment for pedestrian traffic and slows down the arrival/dismissal process for all families.
Please contact Tioga's main office with any questions.
