• Teacher Work expectations

• Respond to parent/student communications within one school day.

• Participate in all grade/content area meetings.

• Classroom teacher check-in with student expectations

• Weekly check-in with all students (email, Dojo, Seesaw, etc.)

• Make ONE phone call to any students you have not heard back from (Feel free to come to the building and use the school phone)

• Let your building principal know by Friday at 4 p.m. the names of any students you have called and not heard back from.

Here's the link to Monday's agenda. Please know that your team is welcome to begin completing the tasks prior Monday if desired.

If you haven't signed up for a check-in, please do so on this document! I plan on asking the following questions:

1. How are you doing?
2. What has been a positive that has come from the shutdown?
3. What has been a struggle caused by the shutdown?
4. What can I do to help you?

I don't anticipate these meetings taking more that 15-20 minutes!

It's that time of year to begin working on the class list recommendations for the 2020-2021 school year. We will follow a similar process to what we have done the last few years where I ask you to draft up class rosters balancing students academic, behavioral, and any other needs that you will students be successful. Please make sure to be in contact with Tasha and Brigette to make sure their recommendations are taken into account.

**Please note that these rosters are tentative and you are NOT asked to assign a teacher. I will be reviewing proposed rosters and assigning a teacher for each roster.

I would like these draft rosters to be complete by April 17th. As with everything else going on right now, the deadline is subject to change once we return to school.

Does your project fit under the funding criteria?

• Teachers submit grants for their projects. The GEF Board of Directors review the grant requests and determine which grants to fund, based on a number of criteria, including:
• Total amount of funds available for distribution
• Number of students affected by projects
• Distribution of funds to all grade levels
• Projects that produce materials and programs that will benefit future students
• Innovative methods and techniques
