On Unity Day - October 16 - students & staff wore orange to come together as a commUNITY. Noble signed a pledge to promote kindness, acceptance, and inclusion to prevent bullying. PTA volunteers created a banner for students to sign & distributed orange ribbon stickers to show support.

RED RIBBON WEEK is celebrated annually October 23-31 and highlights the importance of living a drug-free life. It serves as a reminder that we are all empowered with shaping the communities around us through positivity, bravery, and strength. Hopefully everyone has seen our anti-drug message “SAY NO!” displayed on the fence in front of the school. PTA volunteers hid a red ribbon on the school property each day of the week for students to find & win prizes.

Thank you to those that have already donated to the Eagle Pride Fund this year. We have received $2960 of our $5000 goal!!!

Eagle Pride Fund is a direct donation program of MCS Noble PTA - 100% of your dollars go to school funding. This is the backbone of the PTA budget. Eagle Pride provides incredible support for the students & staff of Noble, yet avoids direct selling fundraising programs!

'Fourteen Talks by Age Fourteen' by Michelle Icard is a guide for parents & caregivers to help teens navigate important life discussions. It offers practical tips & tools to build effective communication & create a strong relationship with your teen.

Join us for an an informal, come-as-you-are, peer group that is for Noble parents/guardians by Noble parents/guardians. There is no commitment. Come to the meetings you can attend!

Bring your coffee and connect with others who are parenting teenagers just like you!

We will meet once a month after morning drop-off 8:30am - 9:30am in the Noble Conference Room. Our next meeting is Thursday, November 7th. We will cover Chapters 4-5 of the book.

Noble Middle School is thankful for our continued partnership with local non-profit NOURISH NC. This holiday season, help support NOURISH NC by giving the gift of a complete take-and-bake Thanksgiving Dinner, for just $35! Noble Middle School currently has 40 students enrolled in NOURISH NC’s program. With your donation, we can help raise the $1400 needed to cover the cost of 40 Thanksgiving dinners. Every Friday is Noble Nation Day and we really want to ramp it up and show our spirit on Friday, November 15th. The homeroom class with the highest percentage of participation sporting their Noble swag will win a donut party!

This month, the school store will be open for in-person shopping on Thursday, November 7th from 7:45 - 8:30am. Cash and credit cards are accepted. You can always shop online 24/7.

Online orders will be delivered to your child's homeroom.

Wilson Center - Cape Fear Community College is offering affordable, high-quality entertainment for the whole family for every show in the Family Series. These $15 student tickets are for ALL STUDENTS of any age and can be applied to any seat in the house! Order at https://wilsoncentertickets.com/.

The holidays will be here before we know it! The PTA will be hosting a Holiday Luncheon and Giving Tree Raffle for all staff on Thursday, December 19th. The PTA will provide a soup & salad bar lunch and a giving tree raffle so that every staff member is gifted. More information to come later this month how you can show appreciation for our Noble staff this holiday season.

Thanks to all who have participated in Noble's EagleWATCH program! We love seeing families serve as positive role models for our students! EagleWATCH is a family & community engagement educational initiative. We invite dads/moms, aunts/uncles, grandparents, too! The goals of EagleWATCH are:

1) To provide positive adult role models for students, demonstrating by their presence that education is important.

2) To provide extra sets of eyes and ears to enhance school security and reduce bullying.

Administration has indicated a greater need for EagleWatch members during the lunch block hours beginning at 10:50am, but we're always happy to have you whenever you have availability!
