Daily Prayer
1 Peter 5:7: “ 5 In the same way, you who are younger, submit yourselves to your elders. All of you, clothe yourselves with humility toward one another, because, “God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble.” 6 Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. 7 Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.”
This verse shows that individuals should always learn from wise adults. They should always be humble and never have pride as this only causes problems. “... that he may lift you up in due time” tells us to trust in God’s plan and his timing because in the end he is the one that knows what is best for us. Finally, the last sentence shows us that we can trust in God and always pray for the obstacles and worries that we may have.
2 Corinthians 12:9 - “My grace is all you need, for my power is the greatest when you are weak.”
Allowing Christ to be strong in places we are weak, and not to resent him for allowing us to experience that weakness. God is perfect in every way, giving Him the power to make up for any weaknesses we have.

HS Volleyball Recap 🏐
Can you describe what a typical practice looks like for your teams?
Start all of my practices with warm-up exercises and stretches to prepare the players. After that, we move onto individual and group drills to improve specific techniques and skills.
