It is the week of our PAWS to WALK!!! We are so excited on Friday that all students will participate in our PAWS to WALK!

We need you:

1. Help us by coming to the event to help to cheer on our students as they run, walk, and have fun. Walk a portion with them, give them high fives, encourage them to keep going, while enjoying time in the community. Your support makes the event even more special.

• Please use the car loop for morning drop off. The front door is for walkers and bike riders ONLY.

• Use only the curb lane until teachers arrive, which is around 7:50. The double line starts ONLY when teachers are there to supervise.

• Please pull all the way up to the car in front of you so more cars can let out.

• Please have children exit quickly so we can keep the car line moving.

• Doors lock at 8:05. If you arrive after this time, please take your child to the front door.

Students in grades 3, 4, and 5 will be taking the Panorama Survey. This tool will provide us with information on student perceptions regarding topics such as school climate, sense of belonging, cultural diversity and social awareness.

The administration window for the survey this semester will be October 14 through November 1, 2024. During this administration, we will be seeking the opinions of students in grades 3, 4 and 5 via an online needs assessment survey that we expect to take approximately 20 minutes to complete.

This is the BIG fundraiser of the year for Lincoln Elementary, and we need YOUR help to make it a success! We’re so excited to celebrate with our students, families, and community on Friday, October 18th! 🎉

💥 WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT! 💥
Fundraising is key to keeping all the amazing programs at Lincoln Elementary going—but we can’t do it without you! Let’s come together as a community to hit our goals. Every little bit counts!

📬 Donation Envelopes are due by Thursday, October 17th!
Be sure to send them in with your student! If every student in a class returns their envelope, their class will win a Mystery Indoor Recess Box full of fun surprises! Ask your teacher if you need an extra envelope! 🎁🎉

Gahanna Residents In Need (GRIN) has partnered with Lincoln Elementary to offer a “Weekend Supplemental Food” program for our students. The program provides for students who are in need of help with food at home. If you would like to participate in this program, please fill out the permission form below. Your student will receive a bag of non-perishable food items every Friday to bring home.

The Heart and Pride Award recognizes two outstanding staff members each month who make a profound impact on our students and Gahanna-Jefferson Public Schools. Families are encourage to nominate a staff member today! The Heart & Pride Nomination Form will remain available year-round and is open to any member of our staff, regardless of position.
