Technology Reminders
Google Classroom: Notifications OFF
Our students often struggle to use their school email as a tool because of the amount of Google Classroom notifications they get as emails. As a default, all classes will send them notifications any time a teacher adds new material or posts anything. This, for seven classes, is a lot of emails! Please consider taking time to walk through turning some notifications off and only leaving on the important ones (work is returned, due date reminders or teacher comments, for example). This will make a huge difference in the email inbox status and make it a much more usable tool!
