We have openings for 1 family representative to serve on Carriage's School Site Council. This important committee is responsible for making funding decisions and providing input that impacts the whole school community. We meet monthly for an hour on Zoom.

Stay Informed!
Our teachers regularly send home newsletters either electronically or in print. Not only do they inform you about classroom events and activities, they are a great source of information to speak with your child about which helps avoid the "What did you do today at school?" "Nothing." conversation!
Our office staff will send out our newsletter, "The Carriage Connection," at least once a month.
Of course, if you need any assistance or have any questions, please give us a call or stop in the office. We are here to help!
Principal Message
We at Carriage are delighted to begin the 2024-2025 school year with a commitment to providing a welcoming and engaging environment for all of our students and families. Together, we are setting the stage for our children’s lifelong confidence and success in academics, the arts, and society.
At Carriage, your children are on a positive school journey filled with creative experiences that integrate academics and the arts, including music, dance, acting, performances, drawing, and painting. We truly believe that students’ creativity is something to nurture, cultivate, and celebrate. Your children will be more in touch with and able to effectively communicate their academic learning as well as manage their emotions.
Dedicated to expanding and refining their expertise, Carriage teachers regularly attend rigorous training in reading, math, arts integration, language development, and social emotional learning. We are ready and excited to create a sense of belonging, engage your children in learning, and make joyful memories together.
Carriage values family involvement and engagement. We will be hosting monthly family gatherings in the evenings, including performances and activity nights, as well as morning “Coffee at Carriage” where we will discuss relevant topics with families. Check the calendar on our website and watch for our newsletters for dates and times of special events, plus ways you can volunteer to enhance our students’ experiences in the classroom and at events. The more involved you are, the more we can do together!
We at Carriage understand that children and their families sometimes run into hard times. We value our families and students’ physical and mental health. We are also committed to supporting you to help your children to attend school and remove barriers to positive involvement in our school community. Please reach out to us if you have any concerns, questions, or resources. We are here to help.
Every Carriage staff member is committed to and cares deeply for your children, just as you do. Together, let’s create a year full of academic growth, positive relationships with each other, and joy!
Thank you for choosing Carriage!
