AI for Educators 24-25
K-12 Teachers and Administrators are invited to attend this workshop to learn what AI is and how it can be used by students, teachers, and administrators. Explore the potential benefits and challenges of AI in K-12 education, as well as the ethical implications.

Location: ARIN Intermediate Unit 28 - Conference Room A/B
Upon completion, 5 Act 48 hours will be awarded.

Objectives:
- Participants will gain a basic understanding of what AI is and how it works.
- Participants will learn about the potential benefits and challenges of using AI in K-12 education.
- Participants will explore specific examples of how AI can be used by students, teachers, and administrators.
- Participants will discuss ethical implications such as privacy, bias, and plagiarism.
- Participants will examine K-12 AI Guidelines
Additional Information:
- This session is designed to be accessible to participants with no prior experience with AI.
- Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptops or tablets to the session.
- If participants do not have their own devices, a limited number of devices will be available for checkout.
