At Cedar Springs High School, strength training isn’t just for athletes—it’s for everyone! The Strength & Conditioning program continues to grow, helping students build confidence, leadership, and resilience both inside and outside the weight room.

From first-time lifters to varsity athletes, students are finding a motivating, high-energy environment that pushes them to be their best.

Mark your calendars for March 19 and 20! These conferences are a great opportunity to strengthen communication and trust between school and home. Together, we will create a collaborative action plan to help each student reach their personal best.

Looking for a fun way to learn new skills and be part of a great team? Join the Colorguard Club! No experience is necessary—just bring a water bottle, comfy clothes, and a ready-to-learn attitude. Colorguard flags and equipment are provided.

The club meets weekly from 2:30 to 4 p.m. in the high school band room. Open to students in grades 7-12, the club is affiliated with the band but is welcome to all, even if you're not a band member or planning to march. Join us and have fun while building new skills!

Students can drop in for tutoring on any subject, with no sign-up needed! Study tables are available on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2:25 to 3:30 p.m. This is a great time to study, finish homework, or makeup tests and quizzes (if arranged with a teacher).

Transportation is available. Please email Ms. Schultz or Mrs. Teuissen if you need bus transportation.

A $1,500 renewable scholarship (up to $6,000 total!) is available exclusively for a Cedar Springs High School female student!

The Cossin Business Women’s Scholarship is open to female seniors pursuing a business-related career in college. With no current applicants, this is a guaranteed opportunity for a Red Hawk to win!
