Pick-up & Drop-off Reminders
As we all navigate the busy afternoons at Lincoln Elementary , let's remember to be considerate of our neighbors. Please avoid blocking driveways during pickup time. Our neighbors rely on access to their homes just as much as we need a smooth and safe environment for our children. Let's show respect and kindness by keeping driveways clear and being mindful of the community around us. Together, we can make school dismissal a positive experience for everyone involved.
Referendum Information Night @ LES - Thurs., February 6
Stay informed and join us for one of our referendum information nights that will include a brief presentation followed by a building tour. Click here for more information!
The information session at Lincoln will be on Thursday, February 6th.
Weather Watch: Dress Your Kids for Success!
With snow in the forecast, warm layers, including a winter coat, gloves, hat, snow boots, snowpants, and extra socks are a great idea for outdoor play. Layering will keep them comfortable if temperatures change throughout the day, and a change of clothes tucked in their backpack can help with any spills, puddles, or wet-snow adventures. Letโs make sure our kids are ready for a fun and comfortable day of learning, no matter what the weather brings!
Lunchroom Supervisors Needed
We are currently seeking additional personnel to assist with operations in our lunchroom. If working with children in a fast-paced and fun environment is something of interest to you, please check out this job posting on WECAN: LES Lunchroom Supervisor Position on WECAN
We also gladly accept volunteers for those who are able to offer less of a time commitment. If interested in volunteering, please contact Barry Tremelling, our lunch host, at barry.tremelling@pwssd.k12.wi.us.
Field Trips
Our field trip permission forms are all sent through a link via email!

Attendance
If your child will not be at school or will be tardy, please use Infinite Campus to report the absence.
Click here to see a "how to" video: Absence Requests in Infinite Campus
The attendance line is currently still an option but we prefer parents use Infinite Campus. Thank you to all of you who've been using this slick, new feature.
Reporting an absence is important and necessary even if you have contacted your child's teacher.
