Spotted At ZESD 6
Clockwise from the upper left corner:
1. Second graders from Lakeview recently took a field trip to the amazing Discovery Museum in Milwaukee. It was a fun-filled day of exploration and learning, and the kids had a blast discovering all sorts of new and exciting things.
2. Eighth-grade students in Ms. Pipes' Career Exploration class at Shiloh Park continued to put the finishing touches on their tiny house project.
3. In the Battle of the Books, fifth-graders from West formed teams of four, read three books each, participated in a game show to demonstrate their knowledge of the books, and winners received a book from Scholastic.
4. ZESD 6 celebrated School Lunch Hero Day on May 3. We appreciate the hard work of our food service team in providing nourishing meals to our students. Thank you for all that you do!
5. ZESD 6 held a Fine Arts Festival called "Coming Together" at the Christ Community Church auditorium featuring artistic works by students of all grade levels, including paintings, drawings, sculptures, and musical performances by the district bands, orchestras, and choirs.
