Message from the Principal
Hello Viper Family,
As we move into November, let’s keep up the momentum toward student success. Here are some key reminders and updates to help us stay on track and finish the semester strong:
1. Stay Focused on Academics
- Grading Periods: Make sure all assignments and assessments are turned in on time. Keep an eye on Infinite Campus for updated grades and reach out to teachers if extra help is needed.
- Tutoring Resources: Remember that tutoring is available for those needing additional support. Check with your teachers about the best times to meet.
2. Attendance Matters
- Consistent attendance is crucial for academic success. Let’s ensure everyone is present, on time, and ready to learn every day. If you need help or face any challenges, please reach out to your counselor or an administrator.
3. College and Career Readiness
- Seniors: Make sure you’re on track with college applications, scholarships, and any remaining requirements for graduation. Counselors are here to help with questions on applications, FAFSA, or scholarship opportunities.
- Career-Ready Students: Stay engaged in your CTE classes and explore Career & College Promise Pathways to start earning college credit. Talk with your counselor about opportunities that can align with your career goals.
4. Behavioral Expectations and Accountability
- Let’s maintain a respectful and focused learning environment. Remember to follow all guidelines regarding office access, early release protocols, and classroom expectations. We’re here to help you succeed, so please let us know if you need any assistance.
5. Upcoming Events and Opportunities
- Keep an eye out for announcements on school events, club meetings, and athletic events. These are great ways to stay involved and build connections within the Viper community.
Thank you for your hard work and dedication. Let’s make this month a successful one as we continue to support and uplift each other. Let’s keep Viper pride strong!
