On behalf of TEAM Loya we want to thank you for a great 1st 9 weeks of school! Your little Eagles have grown in their academic and social skills and we are so very proud of them! We know with your continued support, they will continue soaring.Together we can build SEISD Champions! Mark your calendars for Parent-Teacher Conferences on Oct 24, 2024 from 4:30-to 6:30.
October is a very short month of school, so it's very important that they come to school everyday to keep the momentum of learning going. We understand if they are ill, keep them home to get well, but do call in their absence to the front office, thank you in advance for your cooperation.

October 1-4: Fall Learning Camp @ Loya Primary for invited PK-4 students.
October 1-11: Fall Break, rest and enjoy!
October 9: SEISD Board meeting at 5:30 pm at central office.
October 15: Students return back to school! WelcomeBack!
October 15 & 22: Military Tuesdays: Wear purple or camouflage to support our military families.
October 16: Unity Day: Wear the color Orange to support the prevention of bullying.
October 16: SEISD Mission Progressing Together: Parent meeting @ Central office 8:30 am & 9:30 am.
October 18: Family Literacy @2:30 in the cafeteria.
October 18 & 25: Pink Fridays: Wear anything "Pink" to support breast cancer awareness.
October 24: Parent-Teacher Conference. Thanksgiving Tickets will be sold during this time.
October 29-Nov.1: Drug-free Red Ribbon Week dress activities.
October 31: Early Release for Students, more information to come on bus

Students may wear any purple, military t-shirt or camouflage colors on Tuesday for the month of October! Our little Eagles have a bright future!

Tickets will go sale for $8.00 for each person on October 17, 2024. Due to capacity and seating, only 2 tickets will be sold per each student. Tickets can be purchased from our cafeteria staff from 7:05 am to 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 to 2:00 pm.
Tuesday-Friday. Tickets will also be sold during Parent-Teacher conference night.
Please bring exact cash only, thank you.

**Special Note: Loya Primary will be the only campus celebrating with the Thanksgiving luncheon on this day. Other SEISD campus will happen the following weeks, please call their front office for more information.

Loya Family & Guest Parking
- Doors open at 7:05 am.
- All visitors will use the larger parking lot on Socorro Road.
- Gates will be open for all visitors, be cautious when driving in, look out for each other, thank you.
Attendance
- It's important for your little Eagle to come to school everyday, we miss them when they are absent.
- If they are sick please call the front office, or send a note to the teacher.
- A Dr.'s note is required after the 3rd consecutive absence.
- If we do not hear from you, the absence will be counted unexcused.
