A Note From Principal Jeff Brandt
Hello DHS Families,
It is hard to believe that we are in the month of May and the 2023-24 school is winding down. I wanted to thank our parents and guardians for their continued support of Dickinson High School and Dickinson Public Schools. We have had a truly exciting year. From the passing of the referendum in October to becoming fully certified as a Level III Highly Reliable School, there is a lot to be proud of at DHS. We even made it through the winter without any major HVAC issues! Now it only has to last another 2-3 years…fingers crossed. Outside of moving basketball to Dickinson State for a night, which we greatly appreciate, the school year has been fairly smooth, or maybe I just forgot the bumps in the road!
Lastly, I am asking for your help. Please help encourage your student(s) to finish the year strong. Please reach out to your students’ teachers if you have questions or concerns. There is still time to resolve most issues. However, waiting until the last week of school may be too late.
Again, I want to thank all of you for your continued support of Dickinson High School as we try to continue create a safe, innovative, and collaborative learning environment for all of our students.
Jeff Brandt,
Dickinson High School Principal
