Our library catalog provider notified us this morning that our checkout, holds, and check-in data from this past Saturday, March 26 was not backed up properly at the end of the day and was lost. We are working to remedy what we can on our end.
OverDrive, Libby, and Hoopla checkouts and holds were not affected.
If you placed holds on that day, you will need to place them again.
If you returned items in the drop box or in the library that day, please contact us and we will double check for the items on our shelves and make sure they get re-checked-in and off your account.
If you checked out items, especially if we printed a checkout slip for you, please give us a call and we'll get them properly checked out on your account, and update the status of the item in our catalog.
If you updated your account info, please call us and we'll get that taken care of.
We understand the frustrations this is causing. This is the first time we've had such a system failure like this in the 7 years we've had our current catalog. We appreciate your help with this matter!
